Located in St. Michael, MN, Rachel Properties (now named Rachel Development) had outgrown its existing office space and set itself to developing a new corporate headquarters. The request was to design a space that would promote collaboration, easy workflow and pride. Open office space surrounds an interior courtyard. Closed offices have glass walls. The simple, refined design is characterized by access to light and view everywhere. Joe served as the lead designer and architect for the project while employed with HTG architects.
